Scania is seeking a motivated Service Administrator to join their Avonmouth team. This full-time, permanent role involves daily costing for the branch, working closely with internal departments and adhering to company standards for invoicing, warranty, and repairs. Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone in a friendly and open manner using the company standard greeting.
  • Invoice and control branch work in progress.
  • Check the system to ensure campaigns are completed and costed correctly.
  • Work within credit control policy and procedures.
  • Carry out the costing on warranty, retail, repair and maintenance to company standards.
  • Supply fully priced estimates of repairs required and ensure work is authorised where required.
  • Audit job cards, associated service documentation and customer defect procedures for accuracy and adherence to internal and external procedures.
  • Resolve and assist in invoice queries as and when necessary.
  • Assist with other administration duties as required.
  • Ensure all customer complaints are escalated to the manager ensuring the quickest resolution possible.
