The EOE R&D Investment Manager will oversee R&D and capex funding for MSN tools, platforms, and innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with MSN strategy and business outcomes. Responsibilities

Establish an oversight framework for the R&D budget, aligning with strategic business priorities.
Coordinate annual and mid-term planning for MSN tools and innovation investments.
Communicate and secure stakeholder approval for R&D budget prioritization and funding.
Track forecasted and actual spend, providing visibility to stakeholders and finance management.
Execute monthly governance reviews to track progress, spending, and adjust forecasts.
Participate in governance forums for MSN tools oversight and evolution.

Requirements

University degree in engineering, business, economics, or equivalent.
Typically 5+ years in managed services, R&D or capex portfolio management, or financial planning.
Strong business and financial acumen.
Understanding of managed services.
Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to interpret technical proposals and translate them into financial and business terms.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English.

Desired Qualifications

Good demonstrated working knowledge of the Ericsson Operations Engine.
Knowledge of the Ericsson or BCSS finance management process for services.
Adept at using AI for workplace-based productivity.
