In short

We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Bhamboli to manage inbound and outbound material flow, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role requires 3-7 years of experience in warehouse operations, including documentation and coordination, with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Manage inward and dispatch of material, optimizing resources to support DC operations.
Verify incoming goods, prepare GRN, and clear inwards for QC/Put away.
Update inward and put away status, and manage sales returns information.
Administer undelivered consignments and follow up on timely deliveries.
Ensure correctness of stock items in the DC through daily verification and analysis.
Monitor and act on SM/NM lists and remove NM/Write off from stock.
Monitor inbound performance KPIs and communicate performance to suppliers.
Create invoices for local, export, and out n out shipments.
Manage GST, E-waybill, and legal aspects related to dispatch and transport.
Coordinate with O2C & DC teams, and follow up on invoice creation and data updates.
Book export shipments with nominated forwarders and manage related documentation.
Update service providers' freight logs and LR details, and maintain records for audits.

Requirements

Warehouse exposure is mandatory.
3-7 years of experience in handling inbound & outbound activity including documentation, coordination, and logistics.
Good command of Excel and understanding/use of ERP systems.
Ability to multitask, fast learner with good written and verbal communication skills.
Graduate/Diploma in Foreign trade will be an added advantage.

Desired Qualifications

Any graduate, post-graduation or qualification in Foreign Trade would be an added advantage.
Knowledge, Technical Skills, and Nature of Experience are valued.
Behavioral/Leadership Skills are important.
