Responsibilities

  • Prepare and follow up for collection on overdue accounts.
  • Call and follow up with customers for collection of overdue amounts and maintain relationships.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and third parties (lawyers, collection agencies).
  • Identify asset deployment and monitor its movement/utilization.
  • Regularly monitor account repayment and analyze delinquency causes.
  • Resolve customer disputes and implement asset repossession.
  • Ensure integrity of collection data and customer logs.
  • Upload trails on all cases within set timelines.
  • Adhere strictly to compliance.
  • Maintain relationships with Collection Agencies and their executives.
  • Update payments in VFS System.
  • Role involves Collections follow up across all Buckets and Repossession.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate, preferably BCom or BBA.
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Office tools usage.
  • Strong willingness to learn and explore career opportunity in financial services industry.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of working in a process-driven organization.
  • Ability to converse fluently in English, Hindi & Regional Language of said state.

Desired Qualifications

  • Additional languages will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate should be willing to provide references and consent to a reference check with his / her existing College.
