- Troubleshoot issues on Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Work a 5-day week with variable scheduled days off based on shift patterns.
- Meet targets for Response and Resolution SLA, CSAT, and manage incidents effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1+ year of Service Desk or technical support work experience.
- Good communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of ITIL-Based Ticketing Tools and Monitoring Tools.
- Basic understanding and troubleshooting skills on Network.
