Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to Amazon Internal customers (APAC/EMEA/AMER Operations/IT team/Customer support).
- Troubleshoot issues on client devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
- Troubleshoot issues on Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and OTS Service Desk Goals (Response and Resolution SLA, CSAT).
- Manage incidents effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1+ year of Service Desk or technical support work experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in clear and concise communication.
- Basic knowledge on IT troubleshooting on end-user devices.
- Basic understanding and troubleshooting skills on Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Willingness to work a 5-day work week with variable scheduled days off based on shift patterns and business needs.
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of ITIL-Based Ticketing Tools and Monitoring Tools.
- Basic understanding and troubleshooting skills on Network.
