Emerson is seeking a Territory Sales Representative based in the Townsville region, responsible for growing sales and strengthening customer partnerships in Queensland, Australia. Ansvarsområden

Achieve and exceed assigned sales and bookings targets.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Engage directly with customers through site visits, meetings, phone calls, and emails.
Recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions based on customer needs.
Provide technical and commercial support for isolation valve portfolio.
Collaborate with proposal and engineering teams for quotations and project opportunities.
Deliver customer presentations, product demonstrations, training, and promotional events.
Implement regional sales and marketing strategies.
Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasting, and customer information in CRM systems.
Monitor market developments, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Commit to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Krav

Qualification in engineering, science, business, a trade discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience in a sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing commercial role.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently across a territory.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Commitment to safe work practices and health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Willingness to travel within Townsville and the broader Queensland and Northern Territory region.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience within mining, resources, process industries, water, power, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
Knowledge of valves, flow control equipment, industrial automation, or related engineered products.
Experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Experience collaborating with engineering, project delivery, or technical support teams.
Understanding of customer maintenance, reliability, and operational improvement requirements.
