Ericsson's Early Career Program offers an 18-month journey for recent graduates or those with up to five years of experience. As an NMS Sourcing Business Partner in Stockholm, you will explore AI use cases to improve sourcing decisions and processes, working with a global team. This role focuses on leveraging AI and data analysis to streamline activities and develop innovative sourcing solutions, offering practical experience and skill development in a supportive environment.

Ansvarsområden

Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across cost and spend analysis, productification, process improvement and management reporting.
Assess how AI can connect data, insights and workflows to streamline activities and improve sourcing decisions.
Work with stakeholders across Ericsson to test and responsibly implement selected AI solutions.
Develop practical AI concepts, prototypes, agentic workflows and reusable playbooks that can be scaled across the organization.
Support the development of AI competence within Sourcing communities through demonstration, knowledge sharing, and hands-on enablement.

Krav

A practical interest in generative AI, AI agents, automation and digital product development.
Experience or academic exposure to data analysis, process improvement, prototyping, prompt design or translating business needs into digital solutions.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex or ambiguous problems.
Open-minded, with a willingness to consider new perspectives and approaches.
Structured and able to organize ideas, information and tasks effectively.
Curious and explorative, with an interest in testing new possibilities.
