We are seeking an experienced SAP Authorization and GRC Consultant to lead the strategy and governance of SAP S/4HANA authorizations. This role requires deep SAP S/4HANA and GRC expertise, with hands-on involvement in role creation, modification, and SAP GRC Access Control processes.

Ansvarsområden

Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA authorization landscape.
Define and enforce SAP role design principles, authorization standards, and clean core compliant ways of working.
Serve as the primary architect for SAP authorization strategy across S/4HANA and related applications.
Govern role creation, modification, and deployment processes.
Participate in hands-on authorization work including modifying/creating roles and adjusting authorization objects.
Support SAP GRC Access Control processes (ARM, EAM, SoD risk management).
Ensure effective remediation of audit findings related to authorizations and access control.
Oversee and guide AMS authorization consultants.
Collaborate with business solution owners, process teams, key users, and security stakeholders.
Manage and optimize SAP FUE license consumption.
Drive continuous improvements and propose enhancements aligned with SAP and S/4HANA best practices.
Support Product Owner delivery goals and agreed KPIs within scrum teams.

Krav

Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA authorization concepts and GRC configuration.
Strong understanding of security principles, access control, and audit requirements.
Good understanding of business processes and their authorization implications.
Experience in S/4HANA programs (at least one end-to-end implementation preferred).
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Proven ability to own deliverables and manage stakeholder expectations.
Preparation of functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
Execution of unit testing and support for integration and UAT phases.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across locations.
Motivation to stay current with SAP innovations and S/4HANA direction.
