Arla seeks a Trainee in Transport Operations for their Global Shared Services in Gdańsk, Poland. The role involves supporting daily transport planning, scheduling, coordination, and freight settlement within the European Transport Control Centre (ETCC). This is a full-time, hybrid position for individuals studying or recently graduated with a passion for logistics.

Ansvarsområden

Help to produce loading and delivery schedules
Support in planning and execution of vehicle loads
Work utilising SAP TM
Assist in the compilation of weekly/monthly reporting packs
Verify and process invoices
Track and report carrier performance on daily basis
Adherence to Arla Foods’ Health & Safety standards, policies and legislation
Support master data setup and maintenance

Krav

Studying on just finished your studies and want to work in transport (full time)
Excitement for Logistics
Fluent English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Excel
Positive, open-minded approach
Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
Motivated, positive attitude and service minded
Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices

The role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
