Som Product Owner för Mobile Core Developer Experience leder du strategin och utvecklingen av mobila plattformar på Volvo Cars, med fokus på verktyg och infrastruktur för att stärka mobilapp-ekosystemet. Ansvarsområden

Lead the strategy and execution of key features and improvements for mobile platforms.
Focus on building foundational tools and infrastructure for the mobile app ecosystem.
Empower all App stakeholders to impact value with high quality.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and business teams.
Define, prioritize, and deliver platform features, infrastructure improvements, and technical enhancements.
Maintain a well-organized and prioritized backlog, focusing on tactical deliverables that provide immediate value.
Coordinate between multiple stakeholders to balance team operations and internal customer needs.
Define key results for the team and success metrics for the platform.
Lead and coordinate cross-team initiatives to drive alignment, ensure timely execution, and foster collaboration.
Serve as the bridge between product teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Prioritize internal and external user needs and feedback.
Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of base components, ensuring continuous improvement.

Krav

Experience in product management, ideally with platform product experience.
Proven experience successfully launching and scaling mobile app features or platforms in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Comprehensive understanding of technical platform concepts, such as API design, identity and access systems, permissions management, security, and compliance.
Strong understanding of user experience design and its impact on product growth.
Effective communicator and collaboration skills.
Experience in managing and prioritizing various stakeholders and their needs.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Ability to grow and inspire a team towards a shared vision.
