Mastercard is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II in Pune, Maharashtra. The role requires extensive experience in SRE, observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana), cloud infrastructure (AWS, PCF), Linux/Unix networking, and scripting languages like Python, Go, or Bash. Responsibilities include production incident troubleshooting, CI/CD, and capacity planning.

Ansvarsområden

SRE / reliability engineering experience.
Observability using metrics, logs and traces; hands-on experience with Splunk, Dynatrace or Grafana.
Cloud infrastructure experience, preferably AWS or PCF.
Linux/Unix networking, protocols, and security knowledge.
Scripting in Python, Go, Bash or similar.
Production incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and resolution.
CI/CD, containerization, orchestration and automation.
High availability, fault tolerance, scalability and disaster recovery.
Capacity planning, performance optimization and proactive monitoring.
Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management.

Krav

Prioritize hands-on SRE and production troubleshooting experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

AWS/Azure/GCP experience
Telecom/Genesys domain experience is added advantage.
ITSM tools, Oracle and Java troubleshooting.
Networking, security and infrastructure automation.
