Alstom is seeking a full-time Project Quality & Safety Manager in Stockholm. This role focuses on driving customer satisfaction through project quality and safety assurance, coordinating activities from tender to contract closure. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in engineering, experience with quality tools and audits, and fluent English.

Ansvarsområden

Coordinate all quality and safety activities throughout the project lifecycle, from tender to contract closure.
Act as the interface with customer quality teams.
Establish and ensure the application of the Project Quality plan.
Contribute to criticality assessments and inspection activities for sub-systems.
Guide project teams on Quality contributions.
Animate and coordinate the project quality community.
Provide quality awareness and training.
Support project audits, reviews, and vendor quality system approvals.
Prepare gate reviews and follow up on action plans.
Report quality and safety alerts and manage issues.
Ensure safety assessment implementation and prepare safety authorization.
Control project deliverables compliance through inspection and audits.
Manage REX (Return of Experience) and monitor risks and opportunities.
Synchronize and follow up on GO Production and FAI activities with SQ Team/Sourcing.
Manage the Supplier Part List creation.

Krav

Master’s degree in engineering with a management background.
Experience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools.
Experience in Quality audit.
Team player with good time management skills.
Fluent in English and preferably Swedish.
