Ansvarsområden

Manage a shift and identify opportunities to improve team performance.
Develop and refer to performance metrics to drive team and business results.
Identify the business impact of trends and make data-backed decisions.
Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Finance, Ops Excellence, Fulfillment Centers).
Escalate problems or variances to relevant owners and follow through on resolutions.
Pull data from databases (Excel, Access, SQL) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Krav

1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with Excel.
Basic understanding of the logistics space.
Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form.
Ability to drive process improvements through to completion.
