Arla Foods seeks an agile Specialist in Digital Media & Communications for their Bangladesh office. This role involves leading digital media planning, content development, PR, and broader marketing initiatives across platforms like Meta, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, collaborating with agencies and brand teams to enhance brand visibility and corporate reputation.

Ansvarsområden

Lead end-to-end digital media planning, execution, and optimization across key channels (Meta, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
Develop engaging and platform-relevant digital content aligned with business objectives and brand strategy.
Manage and collaborate with Creative, Media Buying, and PR agencies, business partners, and vendors.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and reporters.
Drive broader marketing activities in partnership with brand teams, leveraging digital and offline media.
Plan and execute PR campaigns, product launches, corporate events, and media engagement programs.

Krav

Minimum Bachelor Degree from any reputed university.
5 years+ solid experience in digital media and offline media outlets.
Strong platform know-how and best practice across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Experience managing media agencies and large-scale marketing campaigns.
Confident running campaigns end-to-end, analyzing performance, and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience in writing press releases, media articles, and external publications.
Excellent written and verbal English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Advanced/well-developed skills and knowledge within a specific discipline acquired.
Working experiences in MNCs, Local conglomerates, Media/Creative agencies and development agencies.
