As a Subject Matter Expert in Support & Operations, you will be responsible for the timely resolution of escalated incidents while adhering to quality norms and SLAs. Your expertise in Kubernetes, Ansible, and cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure and Red Hat, will be crucial for driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This role involves mentoring team members, validating change orders, conducting root cause analysis, and facilitating customer communication.

Ansvarsområden

Ensure timely resolution and quality compliance of escalated tickets and incidents using Kubernetes and Ansible, adhering to agreed SLAs.
Mentor team members and administrators in best practices for Kubernetes and Ansible, preparing SOPs and maintaining documentation.
Validate change order implementation plans and ensure human error compliance.
Actively participate in capacity planning discussions to optimize resource allocation.
Facilitate effective communication and presentations in customer meetings to address issues and enhance customer feedback.
Conduct thorough analyses, such as root cause analysis and trend analysis, to improve task performance and present findings to key business stakeholders.

Krav

Proficient in Kubernetes and Containers Management.
Strong understanding of Ansible for automation and configuration management.
Familiarity with Redhat Linux and Redhat Cluster technologies.
Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services and their integration with Kubernetes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Relevant certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) are optional but valuable.
