Vi söker en Senior IT-analytiker till Middle Office Application Management som stöder finansavdelningen. Rollen innebär 70 % drift (övervakning, felsökning, patchning, driftsättning) och 30 % projektarbete. Ansök senast 2026-11-11.

Ansvarsområden

Diagnose and fix software and hardware problems in a timely manner.
Continuously monitor service health and detect anomalies early.
Trigger and oversee release deployments through existing CI/CD pipelines.
Keep pre-production and production environments stable and aligned.
Document operational procedures, known issues, and resolution steps.
Work with development, product, and platform teams.
Contribute to implementing innovative and modern solutions.
Contribute to service continuity initiatives and disaster recovery drills.

Krav

3+ years of professional experience in IT Operations or 2nd line technical support, DevOps.
Proven track record of owning incidents end-to-end.
2+ years working within ITIL framework.
Strong background in Agile delivery environments.
Excellent English communication skills.
Proficiency with log analysis and alerting tools.
Experience with observability tooling: Prometheus, Grafana.
Comfortable operating services running on Kubernetes.
Experience with relational databases (Oracle) for querying and identifying incidents.
Working knowledge of Kafka, Cloudera, Oracle Database, Snowflake, Kubernetes, Bitbucket, Bamboo, JIRA, UC4.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Java/J2EE development background.
IBM Datastage operational experience.
Scripting (Bash, Python) for automation.
Knowledge of Finance workflows.
