We are seeking a Senior Engineer- Transmission to join our team in Noida, India. This role involves 24/7 support for services, including diagnosis, technical support, and routine fulfillment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting Microwave systems, specifically Ericsson 6xxx and Mini-link 6600 Series, managing software upgrades, and ensuring QoS and Ethernet parameters are met.

Ansvarsområden

Work in a 24 X 7 Environment.
Support the customer over email as well as phone.
Responsible for 2nd Line troubleshooting of Microwave system over Ericsson 6xxx Series.
Handle software upgrade process for Mini-link 6600 Series.
Manage QoS parameters knowledge for Mini-link 6600 Series.
Troubleshoot Ethernet alarms and parameters.
Raise and update tickets in the tool for all issues handled.
Report daily issues handled/escalated in daily shift reports.
Ensure issues are handled within SLA/Commitments.
Perform preventive activities using performance reports from Microwave NMS.
Handle customer interactions and identify RCA.

Krav

Degree in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication or equivalent.
5-10 years of hands-on experience on 2nd Level Engineer- functional role.
Good Technical Knowledge of the Microwave Technology preferably 6K series.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Transmission or ENM experience preferred.
