The customer is looking for a SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Compensation, Career Development Planning, and LMS. This role involves supporting annual compensation planning, career development processes, and LMS operations through AMS support and continuous improvement initiatives in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

Ansvarsområden

Support annual compensation planning cycles, configure compensation worksheets and planning templates.
Support merit increases, bonus planning, and stock award processes, and resolve compensation-related system issues.
Support Career Development Planning (CDP) processes, configure development plans and career worksheets.
Support succession and talent development initiatives, and collaborate with HR and Talent Management teams.
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) operations, including learning assignments, curriculums, certifications, and compliance training.
Troubleshoot learning content and assignment issues, and support LMS enhancements and optimization initiatives.

Krav

6 to 8 years of SAP HR / SuccessFactors experience.
Minimum 4 years supporting Compensation and LMS modules.
Experience supporting annual compensation cycles and global learning programs.
Exposure to Talent Management processes.
Proficiency in Compensation Planning, Variable Pay, Compensation Worksheets, Eligibility Rules, Budget Management, and Reward Processes.
Experience with Career Worksheets, Development Plans, Competency Frameworks, and Talent Development Processes.
Skills in Learning Administration, Curricula Management, Assignment Profiles, Learning Activities, Certifications, Compliance Training, and LMS Reporting.
