Ansvaret för att forma och driva den globala strategin för operationell excellens inom logistik hos Arla Foods. Rollen innefattar att definiera och implementera standarder, förbättra processer med metoder som Lean och A3, samt att leda team och driva digital transformation med hjälp av AI, maskininlärning och automation. Vi söker en erfaren ledare med kunskap inom operationell excellens, supply chain och digital transformation, som kan balansera global strategi med lokala behov och driva meningsfulla, mätbara förbättringar i en komplex miljö.

Ansvarsområden

Shape and drive the global strategy and long-term roadmap for logistics operational excellence.
Define, implement and continuously improve common logistics standards, SOPs, playbooks and process taxonomy.
Strengthen continuous improvement capabilities through approaches such as Lean, A3 and PDCA.
Develop and embed the Arla Performance System for logistics.
Advance the digital transformation of logistics by identifying, assessing and scaling high-value use cases across AI, machine learning, IoT, automation and other smart logistics technologies.
Foster a strong operational excellence network across Arla.
Support capability building and change adoption.
Draw on external insights and proof-of-concept activities.

Krav

Relevant experience within operational excellence, supply chain, logistics.
A degree in Economics, Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and data-driven performance management frameworks.
Experience with digital transformation, automation or smart logistics solutions.
Leadership experience, either through people leadership or matrix environments.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
