Ansvarsområden
- Monitor and control external debt collection processes, ensuring quality, compliance and effective end-to-end execution.
- Turn operational data and observations into clear management reporting, insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across the Nordics as well as external partners and vendors to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
- Ensure changes are translated into robust operational processes, controls and ways of working.
- Proactively identify risks, issues and dependencies and drive them towards resolution.
Krav
- Strong process and project management skills.
- Ability to structure, lead, and execute end-to-end processes with high quality.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
- Capable of building relationships, facilitating alignment and working effectively across teams.
- Proactive, can-do mindset with strong execution skills.
- Able to drive tasks forward, solve problems, and deliver in a complex regulatory environment.
