The Sr. Administrator for Support & Operations is responsible for advanced technical support and troubleshooting of SAP BASIS and SAP HANA environments. Key duties include resolving complex incidents, performing root cause analysis, facilitating knowledge transfer, and managing tickets within SLAs to ensure operational efficiency and a robust security posture.

Ansvarsområden

Provide advanced technical support for SAP BASIS and SAP HANA environments, adhering to quality standards and company policies.
Resolve complex incidents by performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
Facilitate knowledge transfer by updating the knowledge base, training new team members, and coaching analysts.
Manage and resolve complex tickets within SLAs by collaborating with cross-functional support teams.
Enhance customer experience by achieving high first call resolution rates and mitigating security threats.

Krav

Architecting and defining complex and technical SAP solutions across multiple industry sectors, understanding technology enablement and integration.
Experience of numerous SAP enabled business transformation program lifecycles, with at least 3 in a solution architect or senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of SAP solution suite and technical architecture.
Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with presentation and client-facing influencing abilities up to C-suite levels.
Assertive and articulate with the ability to develop and sustain senior client relationships.
Understanding of SAP’s product strategy, including S/4 HANA, enabling tools, and complementary technologies.
Good knowledge of GCP, AWS and Azure public cloud offerings and architecting.

Önskade kvalifikationer

SAP Certified Technology Associate SAP HANA 2.0 (Optional but valuable).
ITIL Foundation Certification (Optional but valuable).
