Ansvarsområden
- Deliver timely & accurate financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, providing insights to support decision-making and performance management planning.
- Report & analyze monthly results, explaining variances against budget/forecast/previous years.
- Partner with business leaders to influence decisions.
- Provide recommendations to plants/sales and management on overall site efficiency improvements.
- Support automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of reporting.
- Ensure adherence to and promote Group policies across the organization.
Krav
- University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance.
- Around 4-5 years of experience with controlling/financial background.
- Excellent knowledge of MS tools: Excel, Power BI and SAP.
- Ability to work independently and effectively under time pressure.
- Analytical and proactive mindset, self-driven.
- Ability to translate financial and operational data into business insights.
- Very good communication skills at any level of organization.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience with automation, digital tools, or AI in finance is an advantage.
- Knowledge of logistics will be considered an advantage.
