Enhance customer experience and CSAT by achieving first call resolution rates and minimizing rejected resolutions.

Krav

In-depth knowledge of Intune and SCCM/SMS for client lifecycle management.
Proficiency in Directory Services and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and customer interaction.

Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (Optional but valuable).
