Requirements

In-depth knowledge of Intune and SCCM/SMS for client lifecycle management.
Proficiency in Directory Services and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and customer interaction.

Desired Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (Optional but valuable).
Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (Optional but valuable).
