Emerson is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager in Lodz, Poland. The role involves partnering with business leaders to implement people strategies, enhance employee experience, and foster an inclusive workplace culture, particularly within a manufacturing environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support organizational and business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance and insights on organizational design, talent assessment, succession planning, performance management, and employee development.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to attract, identify, and develop diverse talent pipelines.
  • Partner with employee resource groups and business stakeholders to help foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace.
  • Coordinate talent review and organizational review processes to support workforce planning and development.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on HR programs, policies, practices, communications, and employment-related matters.
  • Support employer branding activities and initiatives that strengthen Emerson’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives that support business growth and transformation.

Krav

  • Experience supporting HR programs and initiatives within a business environment, preferably manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders and employees on talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness topics.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and people-related processes.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional proficiency in Polish and English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Project management skills with the ability to drive results through collaboration and influence.
