ABB is looking for a Sales Specialist, Channel for their Electrification Smart Buildings division. The role is primarily remote, based in San Antonio, TX, and involves managing relationships with distributors and electrical contractors, achieving sales targets, and driving new market opportunities. A Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of sales experience or a GED/High School Diploma with 5+ years of sales experience is required.

Ansvarsområden

Serve as the primary interface between distributor/commercial contractor customer and ABB.
Achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Plan and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and margin.
Motivate Electrical contractors to prefer ABB industrial solutions over the competition.
Collaborate with distributors to set future sales targets and strategies, maintain objectives throughout year, ensuring targets are met and/or exceeded.
Communicate to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with assigned electrical contractors, at all levels of their organizations; monitor pricing agreement utilization and adjust plans as needed.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university/college with 3+ years of sales experience or GED/High School Diploma with 5+ years sales experience.
Ability to travel to customer sites on a weekly basis.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

An educational background in Engineering or Business Management is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
