ASSA ABLOY is looking for a remote Architectural Sales Representative in Arizona to cultivate relationships with architectural professionals, advise on door opening specifications using BIM software, and drive brand demand. The role requires at least 3 years of industry experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and CRM tools, along with strong communication and self-management skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Work closely with architectural professionals advising on the design and specification of door openings.
  • Utilize Openings Studio, our award-winning BIM software, to specify 3D doors, hardware, and access control.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with architectural design team influencers and specifiers.
  • Provide timely and accurate product information for commercial project specifications.
  • Deliver targeted continuing educational programs.
  • Assist with product substitution and approval procedures.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for customer relationship, project tracking, and time management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools for sales and activity reporting.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • College/University degree (preference for specialization in architectural, design/engineering/drafting, construction science/management, business, or similar), or work experience commensurate with, minimum high school/GED diploma.
  • At least 3 years’ industry related experience in architectural representation, specification writing, or Design-Build construction management.
  • Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus.
