Ansvarsområden

Build and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
Strengthen colleague capability through coaching and development.
Drive customer experience improvement and strengthen loyalty.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, health and safety, and corporate policies.
Support credit control through effective management of the debtor list.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.
Contribute to regional objectives and shape future plans.

Krav

Experience operating at a similar level within the commercial vehicle/truck industry.
Understanding of customers operating needs.
Proven track record of leading teams and managing a dealership or service operation.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to plan, forecast and deliver against budget.
Visible and engaging leadership style that builds trust, ownership and pace.
Experience developing colleagues through structured performance management and talent processes.
Confidence using business systems, including SuccessFactors, Salesforce, Dealerpoint, Excel and Microsoft tools.
Strong customer focus with the ability to turn insight and feedback into measurable improvements.
