Project Management professional wanted in Bologna, Italy, to lead complex turnkey projects for natural gas, biomethane, and hydrogen systems across Italy and Europe. This hybrid role requires full ownership from quote-to-cash, acting as the primary customer interface and leading cross-functional teams to ensure contractual commitments, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Ansvarsområden

Own the Project from Quote to Cash, managing the entire lifecycle from negotiation to cash collection.
Support Final Customer Negotiations, validating scope, contract terms, and commercial conditions.
Lead Contract Review and Handover, reconciling purchase orders and resolving deviations.
Act as the Primary Customer Interface throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive Project Governance and Execution by defining and owning the project execution plan.
Lead the Cross-Functional Project Team, coordinating various departments and stakeholders.
Manage Contractual and Commercial Commitments, protecting scope and profitability.
Remain Accountable for Financial Performance, including cost control and revenue targets.
Manage Risks and Opportunities proactively.
Drive Process Improvements within project management workflows.
Ensure Complete Project Close-Out, including documentation, invoicing, and internal closure.
Manage Subcontractors and oversee their planning and execution.
Plan and coordinate Site Inspections and perform site visits when necessary.
Organize and Supervise Site Acceptance Testing to meet contractual requirements.
Supervise On-Site Activities, ensuring compliance with project scope, schedule, quality, and safety.

Krav

Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or Chemical) or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of three years' experience managing complex projects involving gas systems, packaged equipment, or skid-mounted solutions.
Intermediate to good proficiency in English and Italian (spoken/written).
CAD proficiency.
Mechanical drawing knowledge.
Strong understanding of P&ID and electrical schematics.
Basic automation knowledge.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Proven professional experience in engineered products, pressure equipment, process plants, gas systems, packaged equipment, or skid-mounted solutions.
Analytical skills, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Familiarity with PED and ATEX standards and compliance frameworks.
Knowledge of industrial automation and instrumentation principles.
Certification or advanced training in project management (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and deliver projects within tight timelines and cost targets.
Multilingual communication skills and experience working in international, cross-cultural environments.
