Ansvarsområden
- Lead projects involving cross-organizational teams and stakeholders.
- Own projects from planning to completion, defining work, assigning steps, and tracking progress.
- Identify and address risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
- Develop consistent processes for regional sales teams and lead change adoption.
- Utilize project management tools to organize priorities and reduce manual follow-up.
- Provide leaders with clear updates on project progress, results, risks, and decisions.
- Present project results, proposals, recommendations, and plans clearly.
- Analyze data with BI and data teams to identify trends and answer business questions.
- Develop and track performance measures for project results and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and reduce manual work.
- Develop onboarding and training for processes, tools, and data practices.
Krav
- At least two years of experience in program or project management in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Experience as the main owner responsible for planning, tracking progress, and completing projects.
- Practical experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, ClickUp, or similar.
- A record of using project management tools and practices to save time, reduce manual work, or improve execution.
- Experience giving leaders and stakeholders clear updates on progress, risks, decisions, and results.
- Experience creating and delivering presentations about project plans, proposals, recommendations, or results.
- Experience analyzing and presenting data to support business decisions.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience creating dashboards or conducting data analysis.
- Experience improving processes in measurable ways, including reducing manual work or saving time.
- Experience in customer success or software renewals.
