Amazon Flex seeks a Program Manager for its Advocacy Operations team. Ansvarsområden

Support long-term strategic planning to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with finance, marketing, capacity management, operations, engineering, and program management on process improvement and launch initiatives.
Develop, implement, and oversee reports to ensure clear visibility of project milestones and performance.
Effectively influence stakeholders through collaboration and prioritization.
Monitor project execution to ensure quality and compliance with deadlines.
Resolve ambiguities and identify and mitigate risks.
Define and execute the program roadmap for Advocacy Operations.
Translate strategic goals into structured programs and align stakeholders.
Drive initiatives to completion across a complex, multi-marketplace landscape.
Build mechanisms and roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, and report progress to senior leadership.
Drive continuous innovation and improvement for a best-in-class Delivery Partner and customer experience.
Partner with Operations, Analytics, Tech/Product, Finance, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders globally.
Coordinate with regional teams across worldwide Flex-enabled marketplaces.
Lead through influence to align on shared goals across DP lifecycle, bulk communications, compliance workflows, and programmatic support.
Define and deliver strategic automation initiatives to eliminate manual work.
Establish mechanisms, standards, and reporting cadences to keep programs on track.

Krav

2+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
Knowledge of SQL

Önskade kvalifikationer

Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
Experience in MS Access and SQL
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
