Walter is seeking an Internal Communication Specialist for a 2-year fixed-term role, supporting employee engagement and business success through high-quality internal communication and digital channel management. This operational and content-focused position involves creating content, managing the intranet, coordinating projects, and collaborating with global teams.

Ansvarsområden

Create, edit, and publish content across internal channels (news articles, announcements, employee stories).
Contribute ideas to improve communication channels and processes for employee engagement.
Support communication for internal projects, strategic initiatives, and organizational changes.
Measure communication effectiveness through reporting and feedback.
Manage and develop the Walter intranet, ensuring content quality and user experience.
Serve as a contact for intranet-related topics within Walter and the Sandvik Group.
Coordinate and support the global intranet editor network with guidance and training.
Drive governance, consistency, and content standards on the intranet platform.
Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
Coordinate and deliver communication activities for diverse projects.
Develop and coordinate communication plans across multiple functions, divisions, and regions.
Support planning, scheduling, and publishing to ensure timely and coordinated communication.
Align activities within the Marketing and Communication team for coordinated content across channels.

Krav

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience in internal communications, corporate communications, digital communications, or a related field.
Strong content creation, editing, and proofreading skills.
Experience managing or supporting intranet platforms and digital communication channels.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across a global organization.
Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Experience with Microsoft 365 tools and digital communication platforms.
Interest in leveraging new technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve communication processes.
