The Production Planning Specialist will execute production plans for timely product availability and efficient workflow. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing production orders, forecasts, and system parameters, and maintaining effective communication. The ideal candidate has a university degree, 2+ years of experience in production planning, strong analytical and Excel skills, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Ansvarsområden

Create and execute daily production plans based on material availability and customer demand.
Confirm delivery dates for customer orders within 24 hours of entry.
Monitor and manage open and overdue production orders, resolving issues with relevant teams.
Review forecasts for assigned product groups and plan production according to S&OP requirements, sales value targets, and open demands.
Maintain and verify system (ERP) parameters to support production efficiency and on-time delivery.
Communicate with internal stakeholders, providing updates on order status, risks, and deviations.
Track production plan execution and report key performance indicators to management.

Krav

University degree (preferred in production management, logistics, engineering, or related field).
At least 2 years of experience in production planning or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data under time pressure.
Proficiency in Excel.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Communicative level of English (written and spoken).
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with the S&OP process and production planning tools.
Good understanding of production planning parameters and their impact on delivery performance.
Experience in a manufacturing environment with cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to identify improvement opportunities and support process optimization.
Additional training or certification in production planning, logistics, or supply chain is an advantage.
