As an On-Site IT Partner in Warsaw, you will provide professional IT support for local co-workers, manage Inter IKEA IT systems, and ensure IT security. You will perform planned activities, manage issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of IT services, acting as a liaison between central stakeholders and the local office.

Ansvarsområden

Perform and manage planned IT activities including installations, upgrades, rebuilds, and maintenance.
Provide onsite IT support and manage a number of Inter IKEA IT systems.
Take decisions and actions to solve issues, prioritizing according to business needs and escalating when necessary.
Provide technical training for onsite support staff and new hires.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine monitoring of IT infrastructure and applications.
Contribute to continuous improvements within the IT service desk and on-site services.
Manage IT security onsite in cooperation with risk management and data privacy teams.
Monitor IT technologies and trends and evaluate potential business benefits.
Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Krav

Good knowledge of software, hardware, IP networks, and voice communication.
Good knowledge of IT service management, information security, and data privacy processes.
General knowledge of relevant technology standards, trends, and innovations.
Good knowledge of project management tools and methodology.
Experience of managing vendors and service providers.
Risk assessment knowledge.
Very good knowledge of Office 365 tools and environment.
Verbal and written fluency in English.
Self-reliant and motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Service-minded and professional, focusing on end-users' needs and business operations.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps platforms.
Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ability to formulate queries (prompts).
