Arla is seeking a Commercial Finance Controller for an 18-24 month contract in Warsaw to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams. The role involves analyzing financial data, supporting forecasting and budgeting, and providing recommendations to drive profitable growth. Requires a degree, 3-5 years of experience, fluent Polish and English, and advanced Excel/SAP skills.

Ansvarsområden

Analyze customer profitability, commercial performance, and business trends, providing actionable recommendations.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and month-end closing activities.
Prepare management reports, financial commentary, and performance insights.
Monitor sales prices, discounts, trade investments, and commercial provisions.
Prepare sales, profitability, P&L, and cost analyses to support business decisions.
Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for performance improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders in Poland, Denmark, and other international markets.

Krav

University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in controlling, commercial finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering.
Fluent Polish and very good English communication skills.
Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets, pivot tables, and financial analysis.
Experience working with SAP or another ERP system.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate financial data into clear business recommendations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
