IKEA Supply Chain Operations is seeking a Quality Developer to lead the redesign of handling quality measurement and improvement across its global logistics network. This role focuses on reducing costs, enabling growth, and ensuring consistent delivery quality by developing fact-based quality standards and KPIs. The position is based in Warsaw or Bucharest.

Ansvarsområden

Establish one source of truth for quality KPIs and Power BI reporting to make service provider performance visible and actionable.
Benchmark best practices across the network and develop concrete improvement plans.
Define practical quality standards, handling procedures for exceptions, returns, and deviations, including escalation paths.
Develop training materials and build competence across business teams and operations, including service providers.
Ensure the right handling materials are sourced at the right cost and quality.
Represent IKEA as a trusted business partner towards service providers.
Take on other assigned projects across the category.

Krav

Solid knowledge of logistics operations, including warehousing and distribution, with a clear understanding of handling processes and where damage originates.
Deep understanding of quality management in an outsourced environment, measuring performance fact-based and driving improvement through partners rather than direct control.
Hands-on experience with data and reporting, including building Power BI reports and challenging data quality.
Proven ability to design and implement KPIs, working methods, and standard operating procedures.
Experience developing training material and building competence across different audiences and cultures.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders without formal authority.
Self-driven, curious, and highly organised, managing multiple priorities and driving change.
University degree in a relevant field (logistics, engineering, economics or business).
Fluent in English.
At least 7 years of relevant experience, including influence beyond your own unit.
