Ansvarsområden
- Own the business-insights strategy and operating model for Word, integrating product telemetry, customer feedback, market signals, and competitive intelligence.
- Translate complex data and market context into concise, persuasive narratives for executives and stakeholders.
- Lead B2B customer engagements and convert feedback into product, go-to-market, and investment insights.
- Develop deep understanding of Word's feature-set, data, architecture, and cross-team ownership.
- Partner with teams to develop and evolve key business metrics, dashboards, and AI-tooling.
- Use AI to accelerate insight generation and build repeatable systems.
- Partner with engineering, design, research, and other product teams to deliver features.
- Partner with marketing, field, social, engineering, design, research, and PM teams to shape value propositions, messaging, and adoption strategies.
- Exercise cross-functional leadership in detailed analysis, organizational execution, and executive communication.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge and supporting peers.
Krav
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

- 4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market.
- 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market.

Förmåner
- Base pay range: USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year (US).
- Specific ranges for San Francisco Bay area and New York City: USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
- May be eligible for additional benefits and compensation.
