Ansvarsområden
- Drive alignment with external customers, vendors, and suppliers, maintaining strong relationships and communication channels.
- Perform market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities to solve complex Network Capacity Delivery matters and lead process improvements.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to propose and design architecture and integrated customer solutions.
- Develop robust, scalable, and diversified operating procedures and strategies for Fiber Sourcing and Delivery segments.
- Manage technical projects with external suppliers, including tracking construction schedules, civils, permitting, and producing reports.
- Manage governance programs and processes to ensure performance requirements and standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
Krav
- Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team fibre delivery projects.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Proven experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Experience reading and/or writing code.
- Proven experience with AutoCAD and GIS solutions.
- Experience developing robust, scalable and diversified operating procedures and strategies for Fiber Sourcing and Delivery segments.
- Demonstrative experience in partnering with external suppliers and internal cross functional teams by removing boundaries and solving complex Network Capacity Delivery matters.
- Demonstrated experience in managing Dark Fiber Outside Plant Projects, including Civils, Permitting/Wayleaves, and Inside Plant.
