Ansvarsområden

Promote and grow the portfolio of service solutions through indirect sales channels.
Develop and execute business plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
Design and implement marketing campaigns including incentive, communication, and recognition initiatives to engage partners and customers.
Provide technical leadership and support to distributors, channel managers, and end users, ensuring deep understanding of service offerings.
Train and develop partners and internal teams on service solutions and value propositions.
Manage customer support agreements and monitoring subscriptions, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Lead and support projects focused on service improvement and business analytics.
Travel within Hispanic countries to strengthen relationships, deliver training, and support business growth initiatives.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
Experience in industrial services, post-sales, or technical-commercial roles.
Proven skills in business planning, marketing, and project management.
Technical knowledge of service portfolios (tank cleaning, heat exchangers, maintenance, spare parts, monitoring).
Strong presentation and training abilities.
Advanced spoken and written English (required).
Willingness and ability to travel.
