Microsoft is seeking a Partner Enablement Program Manager to drive product roadmap and business growth for Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop by engaging strategic partners. Build trust with complex partners to gather feedback throughout the product development lifecycle.
Identify partners' unmet needs and influence prioritization for feature enhancements.
Engage directly with partners to solicit feedback and understand their experiences.
Maintain a broad understanding across multiple product areas while working with partners.
Help define and influence the long-term vision and strategy for feature areas.
Influence cross-functional internal teams and external partners to garner support for product strategy and roadmap.
Provide thought leadership for partner inquiries and challenges.
Travel to and work on-site at partner locations as required.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, OR equivalent experience.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check.

4+ years’ experience in product/program/or channel management.
4+ years of navigating complex sales and business development stakeholders and relationships.
Proven ability to forge solid relationships with partners (Business Decision Makers, CSOs and IT Leaders).
Deep technical experience deploying, managing, or supporting at least one of the following technologies: Azure, Intune, Active Directory, Virtualization tools, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, or other similar technologies.
Prior experience working directly with customers and/or partners to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and solutions.
Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle development.
Experience identifying product gaps and advocating on behalf of customers and partners.
Proven track record driving prioritization and tradeoffs of product improvements based on actual customer requirements and expected impact.
Willingness to travel up to 25% to partner/customer locations.
Demonstrated broad technical awareness & product knowledge across Microsoft 365 endpoint/desktop management tooling, Microsoft desktop virtualization, and Microsoft Azure technologies (networking and compute).
Demonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies.
Experience working with highly regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, and government entities.

Förmåner

Typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.
In San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
