Supervise inbound activities (receiving, inventory verification, storage) and outbound operations (order processing, packing, shipping).
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Meet operational KPIs and deadlines.
Train and mentor team members, monitor performance, and resolve operational issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
Drive team development and continuous improvement through training, reporting, and process optimization.

Krav

1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Fluent in English (speak, write, read).
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Experience with Excel.
