Ericsson is seeking New Grads for R&D Radio HW Development Engineer roles in its new Yokohama R&D center. This hybrid position involves designing and developing state-of-the-art 5G/6G radio products, collaborating with global teams, and working with advanced instrumentation. A degree in a relevant technical field and interest in RF, electronics, or mechanics are required.

Ansvarsområden

Design and development for future Ericsson radio systems, from innovation and research prototypes to product development and field support.
Participate in the global R&D network, gaining access to Ericsson’s leading technology.
Conduct product-relevant simulation, schematic or drawing design, testing, and performance analysis.
Work hands-on in the lab with top-of-the-line instrumentation.
Collaborate with system architects, software teams, vendors, and operators.
Plan and prioritize work, deliver results to timelines, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
Work with people of different nationalities and cultures to build a broad global network.

Krav

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication or similar technical education (Master’s preferred).
Solid foundation in hardware knowledge.
Strong interest in one of areas of RF, electronics, mechanics, power, or filter.
Curiosity to learn and grow in area of radio product development.
Self-driven and solution-oriented with ability to learn and innovate.
Good communication skills; Able to work both in English and Japanese.
Team player with focus on team success.
