Ericsson is seeking a Junior Software Developer for their 5G development team in Łódź, Poland. The role involves developing mobile core network products using C++ or Go and AI agents, with responsibilities spanning the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment. Ansvarsområden

Develop the core network for next-generation mobile networks.
Analyze requirements and assess their impact on software architecture.
Develop, integrate, verify, and simulate software.
Design tools.
Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
Create and maintain product documentation.
Work using Lean and Agile practices within cross-functional development teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
Work with technologies such as containers, cloud platforms, multi-cluster systems, microservices, continuous integration and delivery, and digitalization.
Collaborate with experienced professionals in an international environment.

Krav

At least one year of software development experience with C++ or Go
Experience using AI agents
A bachelor’s degree in telecommunications or computer science
Knowledge of software development practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and regression testing
Troubleshooting skills, including the ability to investigate and debug reported issues
Intermediate-level English
A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to share knowledge and learn
Comfort working in Linux environments

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with cloud-native software stacks and execution environments, such as Kubernetes and Docker
Contributions to open-source projects, for example Linux, the Linux kernel, Cloud Native Computing Foundation projects, or distributed systems
