Amazon is seeking an experienced Network Development Engineer to join their Corporate Network Engineering team in Bengaluru, India. This role involves scaling and automating the deployment of complex enterprise networks for global datacenters, supporting critical services and applications. Responsibilities include deploying, scaling, and automating network infrastructure, identifying and developing automation tools, and collaborating with internal customers and automation teams to enhance network capabilities.

Ansvarsområden

Deploy network infrastructure across all network fabrics supporting Amazon Corporate Sites.
Deploy, scale, and automate the network across global datacenters, including existing and new locations.
Identify automation opportunities and develop tooling to increase scaling velocity and quality.
Create and improve simple, repeatable deployment processes.
Collaborate with internal customers on designs and solutions, from concept to production.
Create and update network standards and ensure deployment adherence.
Work with automation teams to define platforms and frameworks for scaling.

Krav

4+ years of experience with major internet routing protocols.
4+ years of working in a Linux/Unix environment.
4+ years of technical work with computer systems and technology components, or experience taking ownership and driving resolution on escalated customer issues.
1+ years of automation scripting using Python, Bash, Shell, and/or Perl.
4+ years of experience developing engineering, deployment, or operations mechanisms to support IP network and/or networking systems.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Associate's degree or above.
Thorough understanding of Load Balancing, Network Security architecture and protocols/technologies such as OSPF, BGP, MPLS, SDWAN, VXLAN.
Experience with one or more of the following vendor platforms: Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel-Lucent, Arista, Brocade, Extreme, Citrix, F5, Fortinet, Palo Alto.
