Ansvarsområden

Provide technical support for software, network, and database-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported incidents while ensuring a high level of service.
Create SQL queries and scripts to support diagnostics, automation, and system performance.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver effective technical solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Krav

Knowledge of networking concepts and experience configuring firewalls, routers, NAT, and network routing environments.
Ability to create, execute, and troubleshoot SQL statements.
Experience with scripting technologies such as Shell scripting, Windows Batch, JavaScript, or Python.
Intermediate English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Commitment to delivering high-quality technical support and customer-focused solutions.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience working with SCADA systems.
Knowledge of database administration and maintenance, including Microsoft SQL Server, Cassandra, or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as OPC, Modbus, or similar technologies.
Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations.
Exposure to industrial automation, process control, or operational technology environments.
Interest in continuous learning and expanding technical expertise across multiple technologies.
