This role involves managing projects from feasibility to production start, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality requirements are met, and driving continuous improvement within the automotive sector.

Ansvarsområden

Coordinate new product launches, product transfers, and series changes within Autoliv Romania.
Manage projects from feasibility through production start and internal handover, following APDS principles.
Identify relevant performance indicators and required competencies, validate objectives, and ensure alignment with company strategic objectives.
Organize performance and process reviews, drive continuous improvement of assigned subprocesses, and follow related action plans.
Ensure project milestones, timelines, budgets, and Tollgate requirements are achieved.
Monitor key project performance and quality indicators and drive corrective actions where needed.
Promote continuous improvement and support successful knowledge and project transfer across teams.
Communicate process effectiveness, efficiency, review outcomes, and action plans to relevant process participants, while improving interfaces with other processes.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automotive, or related field).
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Ability to manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies: 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering projects according to agreed objectives.
Computer operating knowledge - Microsoft Office Package - Advanced level.
Advanced English level (C1/C2).
