Ansvarsområden
- Ensure correct implementation of Human Resources policies related to labor relations and personnel management.
- Provide effective support to the organization's functional areas and employees.
- Contribute to project success, propose improvements, share knowledge, and learn with colleagues.
- Work rotational shifts.
- Support workforce planning activities.
- Assist in forecasting and scheduling.
- Help optimize resource allocation to keep operations running smoothly.
Krav
- English language level: B1 (very good) or higher.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy and active listening.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office is a must.
- University/College diploma or equivalent degree (e.g., Economics, Administration, Business Studies, or similar).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (administration or resource planning support, preferably within a large, dynamic organization).
- Basic understanding of workforce planning, scheduling, or operational resource management principles is required.
- Experience handling formal documents and sensitive data.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Basic knowledge of labor law is an asset.
- Basic understanding of payroll processes is an advantage.
