Tetra Pak is seeking a Junior Order Management & Logistics Support Analyst in Bogota, Colombia, to support regional customers and sales teams. This role focuses on efficient order management, logistics, and supply chain operations, offering a great opportunity for recent graduates to gain experience.
Ansvarsområden
- Execute business operation support activities in SAP and Salesforce.
- Ensure timely processing, closure, and maintenance of business transactions.
- Provide operational support to the Americas Service administration center.
- Track order fulfillment status and coordinate actions to resolve backorders and delivery constraints.
- Support operational efficiency through regular housekeeping and cleansing of ERP systems, master data, and transactional records.
- Collaborate within regional Services Supply Network teams to support operational processes.
- Coordinate and support reverse logistic operational activities.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders across time zones.
- Ensure compliance with global processes and drive continuous improvements.
- Manage the Purchase to Payment (PTP) Process, informing and acting on deviations.
- Ensure timely delivery of parts from suppliers, taking corrective actions for delays and shortages.
Krav
- University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
- Recent graduate or with initial professional, internship, or university project experience.
- Intermediate English skills (reading, writing, and communication).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including commonly used formulas.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing tasks accurately and on time.
- Ability to organize priorities and manage operational activities in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset with a willingness to follow up until issues are resolved.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate respectfully.
- Curiosity, analytical thinking, teamwork, and motivation to learn quickly.
- Continuous-improvement mindset and confidence to suggest better ways of working.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- SAP or other ERP exposure is preferred but not required.
- Interest in order management, logistics, supply chain, business operations, data quality, or customer and stakeholder support.
- Interest in developing capabilities in SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, reporting tools, and international business processes.
