Ansvarsområden
- Actively involved in day-to-day operations
- Act as a key expert during service-related incidents, troubleshooting complex issues and driving root cause analysis
- Support the team in maintaining applications and systems
- Embrace mindset of continuous improvement, ensuring both technical excellence and efficient workflows
- Work closely with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle and to enhance collaboration, automation, efficiency across the organization and and deliver innovative solutions
- Initiating and driving application dependency and infrastructure upgrade/patching
- Collaborate with service owners, platform teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business and technical requirements
Krav
- 5+ Years experience as an IT Operations, System engineer, IT Analyst or similar role
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Experience of change and incident management tools and processes (BMC Helix ITSM, JIRA)
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux
- Experience in Monitoring tools as Splunk, Grafana or similar
- Database experience: MS SQL, Postgress
- Basic awareness of AI and automation concepts and interest in learning how they can support IT operations, monitoring, and incident handling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment, collaboration with developers and other IT teams to support various initiatives and projects
